Get Everyone on the Same Internet Page

Parents

It may be weird for a website to give you the advice to get off your screen, but… get off your screen. If you want your kids to set down their mobile devices, you need to show them that all humans (including adults) can tear their eyes away from the Internet’s constant stream of words and images. Instead of asking teens to change their behavior, make a commitment as a family. Start by conducting a screen assessment to determine how much time everyone is spending online. You may be surprised by what you learn.
