How to Play a Positive Role in Your Child’s Education

Want to play a positive role in your teen’s education? Latisha Ross, Ph.D., a research associate with Youth-Nex, suggests creating an environment where open communication is welcome so that your teen knows they can come to you and talk about what’s going on at school. When parents are supportive and encouraging, adolescents are more engaged, have higher grades, and a higher sense of well-being.
