You know the old saying: The family that manages their stress together, stays together. Okay, maybe that’s not exactly how the saying goes, but the sentiment is true: stress management is a family affair. You can help yourself and your teen at the same time by making a plan to add exercise, solid meals, and sleep into every day. It sounds simple, but take a look back at this last week. How many times did everyone in your house exercise or get to bed at a reasonable hour? If you’re not answering daily, change your habits as a family.
