Stop Stress and Conserve Energy

Want your teen to know how to manage their stress? You need to teach them, and it all starts with setting up a stress management plan. One part of that plan needs to be learning how to conserve energy. Think about it this way: If your teen wastes energy worrying about things that are outside their control, they won’t have enough energy to address the problems they can fix. So help them spot the difference and give them the confidence to use the tools in their emotional toolbox to address the problems they can while letting others go.
