Protect Your Teen’s Brain

Your teen has this amazing, developing brain––how do you nurture it? It starts with being warm and supportive. A teen’s home environment impacts their health and well-being. Provide your teen with new experiences. Remember how they amazed you by learning in leaps and bounds as toddlers? They’re at it again; taking in new information on a diverse range of subjects. Those thoughts are unlocking new ways of understanding the world. Help them reduce their stress levels and keep them from harm, such as alcohol and drugs but also wearing a helmet when biking. They get one brain––protect it.
