Awesome Feedback

Let’s get to the heart of the matter: Why do you give your child feedback? It’s because you know your teen is awesome, and you want them to rise to the occasion. When they’re not being all they can be, you want to guide them towards better ground. And you can do that AND help them to hear it by giving feedback that also sees their strengths. By letting your child know how they’re awesome, they’ll quickly understand why you’re pointing out an error in judgment or an opportunity missed. Everyone needs awesomeness reminders; they make us strive for greatness.
