What Teens Want From Their Parents

Want to know what teens really want from their parents? Just ask them. We did and then pulled together their answers into one video. Their words may surprise you. They want you to let them fail sometimes. They want independence AND boundaries. They want to hear these three words from you: I love you. They actually want reminders to do the healthy thing, and they need you to respect their thoughts. Be a role model and help prepare them for the future. Don’t believe us—hear it directly from them! And then ask your teen what they really want from you.
