Set Teens up for Success in School During COVID-19

With COVID-19 leading to remote and hybrid learning, education has been altered to some degree, resulting in challenges for many teens and their families. Dr. Latisha Ross says parents help minimize stress for their children when they establish predictability by creating a routine. Aim for bedtime at the same time each night, a solid schedule for schoolwork and family time. This can be extremely helpful during unpredictable times. Also, do your best to keep an open line of constant communication with your teen’s teachers and school administration. And, help your teen advocate for their needs.
