Help Your Teen Answer “Who Am I?”

Mirror mirror on the wall, what’s my identity after all? While your teen may not have a magic mirror, they do have a reaction loop. So see them in the best light so they’ll keep envisioning their future selves and striving to do and be more. Let them know this process is healthy and normal, and you love seeing the world through their eyes.
