Don’t Forget the Exercise

When you’re helping your teen figure out their busy schedule, make sure that exercise stays in the mix. Making time to move every day is important for your teen’s mind as much as it’s important for their body. Exercise improves focus and concentration. Moreover, movement helps us manage our stress levels. Luckily, it’s not about length of time––even just 10 minutes per day can bring benefits. So have your teen download a new yoga app or set a timer and go on a quick, mind-clearing walk together. They’ll feel better and they’ll also think better.
