Tell Them the Truth

Parents

You know all those negative messages you hear about teens? Teens hear them, too, and that’s a problem. Teens need to hear that they’re awesome from the adults in their life. They need their milestones celebrated. And they need to know that you don’t believe the myths about teens when they pop up in news stories. Give them the space to show you who they really are and be prepared to be blown away by their amazing development.
