You taught your kids to wear a helmet while biking and a seat belt while riding in a car — now it’s time to teach them how to deal with stress. Stress is inevitable, yet we’re not born knowing how to navigate it. Teens can learn by watching you show them your master problem solving techniques (you know what you can change and what you can’t) as well as tricks you use to deep breathe through life’s ups and downs.
